Tall Tree Technology (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. We collect the minimum data needed to respond to you and improve this site. We never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Site analytics (Squarespace Analytics): pages viewed, referring site, time on page, clicks, and basic device/region info. Squarespace uses first-party cookies and similar technologies and server logs (e.g., IP address) to provide aggregated reports.

  • Contact form + email: your name, email, and whatever you write.

  • Booking details (Cal.com): your name, email, and answers to pre-questions when you schedule time.

AI Readiness Assessment

  • When you complete our AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the information you provide, including: your name, email address, role, organization name, industry, company size, revenue stage, and your assessment responses and scores. This data is submitted to Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets. We use it to deliver your assessment results, follow up with relevant recommendations, and improve our services. The same retention and rights policies described above apply to this data.  

How we use your data

  • To reply to inquiries and schedule meetings

  • To operate and improve the site and our services

  • To share requested materials (e.g., sample outputs)

Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)

  • Legitimate interests: running site analytics, replying to messages, and scheduling meetings.

  • Consent (where required): for non-essential cookies used by Squarespace. We honor your cookie-banner choices.

How long we keep it

  • Emails & contact form messages: up to 24 months (or sooner if you ask us to delete).

  • Booking records: as long as needed to manage the meeting and reasonable follow-up.

  • Analytics: used in aggregate; we don’t receive personal profiles from Squarespace.

Who processes your data (sub-processors)

  • Squarespace (website hosting and analytics)

  • Cal.com (meeting scheduling)

  • Email provider (sending/receiving ken@talltree.io)

These providers only process data on our behalf under their terms and applicable law.

Where your data may be processed

Canada, the U.S., and the EU/EEA, depending on our providers. We use reasonable safeguards for transfers.

Your choices & rights

  • You can access, correct, or delete your personal information.

  • You can manage cookies via our cookie banner and your browser settings.

Children

Our site and services aren’t directed to children under 13.
