Two ways to work:

• We build it. Ken leads, with engineers from the Tall Tree team.

• Your team builds it. Ken owns the design, reviews the work and sets the governance around it.

Ongoing Advisory

Who do you call when something doesn't feel right?

A monthly retainer, in one of two forms:

• Weekly pairing. 90 minutes a week with your team on their real work with Claude, Copilot or other AI tools: tests written first, output checked, and a short note after each session. The judgment for using AI well spreads beyond a few people. Every other week for smaller teams.

• Advisory. Regular check-ins with your leadership, vendor and tooling evaluation before you commit, and direct access between meetings.
